I found out that we can't do any petitioning at the fair without a booth.

I was hoping someone down there could do the Fair research, I am on a 56K dial up modem here 200 miles away. I was on the executive council of the IP last time I saw the State fair rule book, but I know the info was also online. I am also in the middle of assembling my prototype VAWT, (verticle axis wind turbine), which I am hoping to have operational early next week. That is already a lot on my plate for someone on unemployment.
