Annie’s 2018 near death experience shifted her understanding of what it means to be present, and into a state of being that brought her complete acceptance, peace, and joy. Annie will use her experience and lead several short, guided meditation practices that support others to become fully present by disidentifying with the mind, connecting to their true essence, and accessing a different dimension of consciousness. The practices will be followed by group discussions to share our experience and explore how we can live in the present moment throughout our days, not just in meditation.

What is soul liberation, and how do we manifest more freedom in our lives? Join as we dive in to a deeper understanding of reality, and the technology of our bodies. With a more expanded awareness of how we interact with the field around us, we can begin consciously designing are more harmonic experience both within and around us.
Walk-ins welcome! You don't have to be an LHSC member or join this Meetup to attend. Don't be discouraged if there aren't many RSVPs; there are lots of folks who aren't on Meetup who will be there too!

Women's Group is the Second and Fourth Monday of every month.
This group is about celebrating and supporting women along the path of awakening. Each meeting, our gathering will consist of meditation, reflection, and shared conversation on a particular topic. All are welcome to attend.
No preparation needed before each meeting. Please join us to share with other women as we discover our authentic selves; come with an open heart and mind.
Carol Lovelee leads the group on the second Monday each month. Annie Byrne & Sylvie Lockwood co-lead the group on the fourth Monday each month.
