At this service you will be led through some gentle movements based on Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, self healing modalities, guided meditation and insights on this month’s spiritual theme.

Tina Frontera is a life-long student of integrative health care and the use of movement, energy and meditation to connect with our core. She leads various energetic modalities ranging from Latin Dance and aerobics to meditation and Qi Gong thru healing energy ministry. Professionally, she has been grounded as a registered nurse for over 35 years, a minister for over 6 years and has been a senior leader in several health care organizations including the Chief Operating Officer of Minnesota Community Measurement. She speaks nationally on various health care issues.. Tina is a longtime member of LHSC. She lives balancing these varied experiences in creating purpose, creativity ,community and meaning in her life and with others. She invites you to join her in this opportunity to focus on the here and now, to connect your body and mind with your soul and to move your energy to connect with the universe, creativity and joy.

Life is a Learning Experience: Spiritually Centered Lifelong Discovering

Michele Rae, RPh, MA, NBC-HWC is the founder of The Center Within, LLC and author of Living From the Center Within: Co-Creating Who You Are Becoming. She provides holistic coaching designed to accelerate and support personal, professional and organizational transformation. While working with Michele, clients become more confident and engaged as they enhance their gifts, talents, wisdom and passions. They also gain clarity and power as they expose and unblock limiting beliefs, stuck patterns, and fears. During individual sessions and organizational development, Michele utilizes her abilities in deep listening, intuition, appreciative inquiry, spiritual practices, mindfulness, presence and emotional intelligence. On the 4th Monday of the month we gather in the sanctuary and co-create a sacred space to connect with the energy of the moon and build community.

We’ll journey through meditation practices, discussion, and more to expand our connection to the moon, ourselves, and each other. Connecting to the present moment with open hearts, we let the moon guide our discussion and co-create a beautiful experience and build community.

Come and feel supported and tap into the wisdom within and without. All are encouraged to bring a small item you feel connected to add to the altar we build together to open the circle.
