What is Jamaican food? - Free tasting event

I started the Jamaican Dinner Parties in the Netherlands group to share Jamaican cuisine and create a space for people who enjoy the food to come together and make new connections.

What I have learnt is that many people in the Netherlands have never tasted Jamaican food and don't know what to expect.

This event will give attendees the opportunity to come together and learn about classic Jamaican dishes through a tasting session at my home.

Expect to taste jerk chicken, jerk pork, rice and peas, ackee and saltfish, curry goat, fried dumplings and a few homemade drinks such as ginger beer, carrot juice and Jamaican rum punch.

I am going to host this event in my home so there is limited space. Please only book if you can definitely come along.
