• What we'll do
Mastery of Love Workshop (Mindfulness and YIN Yoga)
Join us in the Licht op Yoga studio for an afternoon of fun activities to help you bring your inner vibration in-tune with the frequency of love. The event is open to all experience levels as it is designed to be appropriate for beginners and intermediate students alike. Each student will be challenged and supported at their own level.

14:00 – 15:30 Mindfulness with the fantastic Ellen Kerssemakers
Bio: Joined by Ellen Kerssemakers (32 years
old). She is a psychologist and certified
mindfulness trainer and had a passion for raising
awareness so people can take responsibility for
their own path and have a stronger connection to
their body and heart.
15:30 – 16:00 Break
16:00 – 17:30 Yoga
Please note that classes and workshops will be held in English!
We would like to share the benefits of yoga and mindfulness-based practices with all people in our community, so all the classes and workshops are donation-based. Please make donations around 10-20 EUR if you can afford to, or just come and spend a beautiful day of love, yoga and meditation with us in good spirit!
Attire:
Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and wicks away sweat. Eating & drinking:
Please bring with you some drinking water or your own water bottle as it is important to drink a lot of water during the day. We also recommend to not eat any “heavy” food within two hours before the start of the event.
• What to bring
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have your own, spare mats are available in a limited supply provided by the yoga studio. If you need to take this option, please bring a big towel that you can spread over your mat.
