Hack a website and put it live in an evening

For our first meeting I'd like us to build something together that actually works and then put it live. We could keep it really simple of course so that we have time for beers and food.

I think a skeleton app that deploys to heroku and a few suggestions about what we're going to build should be good enough. Feel free to suggest :)

For the food and drinks I've made an arrangement with Eten bij Mij in de Albert Kuijpstraat in Amsterdam. We will also have our meeting there. The food and drinks would have cost us 35 euro's per person for a three course meal and free drinks. Fortunately for you Xebia is paying this time.
