[Talk: 1] “Crap, I am maintainer of a popular project now”
A personal journey of a npm package: http-proxy-middleware.

http-proxy-middleware is a middleware for some popular node servers. It provides a simple way to proxy resources from different servers. It is being used in some notable frameworks: angular-cli, create-react-app and vue-cli.

In this talk I'll show you how it started from an innocent bet, to being used in virtually any company and node project in the world along with the challenges I ran into…

[Talk: 2] Build a production-ready PWA with Angular and Firebase
This talk will cover how to build, optimize and host your PWA to provide native-like app experiences. It provides guidelines for best practices and platform optimizations. After building your PWA based on guidelines of this talk, your app will score 100 on Lighthouse PWA audit!

[Biography] Önder Ceylan
Önder is a Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies. He has been working on building web and mobile apps in various development ecosystems for the past 15 years. JavaScript and web has always been his passion and nowadays he enjoys it at its full while working as a JS Tech Lead at KLM via LINKIT.

Önder says:
“I’ve conducted international workshops and speeches on the same topic given this season in the Netherlands, Russia, France, Bulgaria, Georgia and Turkey. It would be a good opportunity to share the knowledge with my ex-colleagues as well. I recently advised the teams at Digitizing Engineering and Maintenance to build their new app as a PWA as well. It might be a good tech fit for many internal and external apps of KLM”.
