Wat we doen

This is a group for anyone interested in playing board games in the Amsterdam area. I started this group because I'm looking for others to play these kind of games with. We are regularly scheduling events that bring together gamers all around the city.

Sunday Game day!

Robin Food

Robin Food, a secluded community kitchen ran by volunteers, is organising game days on Sunday. Everyone who would like to play is welcome. You don’t need any experience in any of the games beforehand. People are bringing all sorts of games, abstract and thematic, light and heavy. We will gladly teach you the rules if you haven’t played the game before. You are also encouraged to bring your own games. We are asking to support this community kitchen by donating €2 as an entrance fee to cover rent costs and towards the purchase of new games in the future. There is a self service table in the kitchen where you will be able to purchase snacks and drinks during the day. From around 18:00 you can also get a vegetarian dinner. You don't need to show up at a specific time, game are starting throughout the day. Some people seem to have a hard time finding the entrance of the location. So to make sure you can actually find it, we have included a picture of the door below: Ring the bell right next to the door that has the label “Robin Food”. Everything we do at Robin Food is based on trust. We want to THANK you all for using the kitchen as if it was your home, paying entrance donations and for the food :) Very big thanks for that! We are all volunteering to make this day happen and all money that is gathered, stays in Robin Food. Important: If you RSVP ‘yes’, please let us know if you are not coming. It is really helpful for Robin Food in organising the food. Hope to see you all there!
