#196 Filmmakers meeting w/ Homage to Rosto and New Dutch Film talent

On March 7th, artist-extraordinaire ROSTO has left us. For over 20 years, his work was celebrated all over the world by its unique and visionary form. Rosto, during one of our sessions, said he would like his films to be appreciated by switching the electronic gadgets off, open a bottle of good wine, and dive in. So we would like to do exactly that this session. We will screen his short film THE MONSTER OF NIX, offer you a glass of wine, and dive in. After the screening, film festival representatives and colleagues will talk about his career, all in a very informal setup as our sessions normally are. Attendees include (this list is going to be updated until the event with more names): CHRIS OOSTEROM (artistic director IMAGINE FILM FESTIVAL), REMCO LEE POLMAN (Donald Duck, Sjors and Sjimmie), JANTIENE DE KROON (Mortel, Brug, Dirkjan Heerst!), HISKO HULSING (animator Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck, Junkyard), and more names to be announced.

ROSTO’S HOMAGE WILL BE FROM will be from 21:00 (+- 10 minutes) till 22:15.
