Short sharp, one lap of Vondelpark Park. Mixture of sprints with a little strength training. 45 minutes and we’re done! All welcome.

Wat we doen

This a regular social running group that meets in Vondelpark (see exact location below) twice a week and at the Sarphatipark (see below) once per week--and in other locations around Amsterdam as the mood fits.

We welcome beginners and experienced runners; the only criteria is that you're comfortable jogging a few kilometres. We don't emphasize speed, even though some of us are getting faster and faster... It's a social way to keep fit and to meet new people. We always make sure you'll find your way back, preferably joining us at the Blauwe Theehuis afterwards.

It's not just about the running! It's about that coffee/tea afterwards, too! ;-) Bring a few coins for that (coffee is 2,30).

Tuesdays: 18.30hrs / 6.30pm.
What: One or two laps (3,3 or 6,6km). During 2nd lap option to do interval.

Saturdays: 09.30hrs/am.
What: Long run, usually split in two groups (some run a bit more/faster), running about 8 to 13 kms.

Wednesday: in front of Cafe Krul, on the corner (https://www.google.com/maps/@52.354495,4.893668,3a,75y,237.33h,66.27t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sJ8J94bLIfrJZLYR5ZOUX2g!2e0).
Time: 18.30hrs / 6.30pm.
What: interval (12 times 1:30 min slow jog, 1 min sprint, then leisurely run back).
