Wat we doen
The Longest-Running Monthly Bitcoin and Blockchain Conference in the Netherlands.
The next Bitcoin Wednesday will be held on 7 November. For this event we are proud to present:
Governance of Smart Ledgers by Michael Mainelli, Chairman of Z/Yen
Z/Yen is a London-based think-tank and venture firm that produces the Distributed Futures research program and works in partnership with the Cardano Foundation. Michael is a former director of Ministry of Defence Research and an Alderman of the City of London.
"The Future of Decentralized Identity"
Blockchain technology has the potential to transform the way we think about identity verification and the reputations that we build on it. What are the challenges and opportunities that this innovation offers, and how are the digital currency-based solutions to these issues different from one another?
"Trust is Risk"
Imagine a new type of Bitcoin wallet in which your digital currency can be shared with a close friend of your choice (a 1 of 2 multi-sig address). This approach exposes all users to some risk from their friends, but also creates a web-of-trust structure by which a user can query how much he can trust another, previously unknown, identity.
"Key Management & Identity"
Secure key management is possibly one of the critical missing pieces in the ecosystem. What does the ideal solution look like, and how can we deploy it to reach hundreds of millions of new users?
