The Rootstock team (https://www.rsk.co/) is in The Netherlands. As you probably know, Rootstock has the ambition to grow a Bitcoin sidechain that runs the EVM, in other words, you can deploy your Ethereum Smart Contracts on Rootstock just like you are able to on the Ethereum main chain, Classic, and a number of Ethereum clones.
