This is a group for anyone looking to find friends and socialise in Haarlem, Netherlands.
We meet pretty much every other Thursday for the "Casual Drinks", always in the same place (I'm Local).
*** Update: I am currently "on maternity leave", so the lovely Christina has volunteered to host the Casual Drinks in the meantime! Feel free to show your appreciation by making sure her glass is never empty!

We are a mixed group that meets for drinks regularly and also occasionally organises supping, trail running, bootcamp, bake-offs, days out, picnics, bike rides, board games nights and anything you can think of!
We want this to be a group where everyone feels welcome and a community is created where real friendships can flourish. Join this group if you like smaller, cosier meetups with friendly people. We live in an impersonal age of technology and it can be really hard to make friends in a new place.
If you like larger gatherings with more people, have a look at ExpatsHaarlem (https://www.meetup.com/expatsHaarlem/). They organise drinks once a month which are generally much bigger.
We generally speak English, but we have many Dutch members as well.
