Feeling disconnected from your inner self? Is stress taking a toll on your mind, body, and spirit? Tai Chi is an ancient form of moving meditation, used to improve your physical and mental well-being. We use slow movements inspired by nature to reconnect and be more present, aware, and in the moment. Tai Chi is proven by scientific studies to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve balance, and help with sleep problems. Try us out free for a month! Only two euros per lesson afterwards. Beginners are welcome! Our lessons are every other Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm.
