But they don’t have to be! With the right ingredients, spices and techniques, we can make the most delicious foods.
Learning how to eliminate animal products from your every day life can bring many benefits: from the disappearance of IBS symptoms, to smooth skin, clear thinking and weight loss.
By consuming more plant-based foods you can acquire all these benefits in a very short time.
We, at La Holista Co., Ltd. take your health very seriously and want to help you learn how to make homemade delicious and wholesome English Breakfast items that can also be used in other meals. Chiara Squinzi, Certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher and Functional Medicine Practitioner, will teach you how to make the below 5 English Breakfast items:
- Vegan Sausages
- Scrambled Tofu
- Roasted Tomatoes and Mushrooms
- Baked Beans
- Potato Fritters
You will learn everything from where to find the ingredients, to cooking techniques, new flavours and spices.
We will not use dairy, eggs, or honey during the workshop, making it suitable for anybody with lactose or egg intolerance and people on a plant-based diet. All recipes are gluten-free too.
