Transforming organizations with the Enterprise Design Framework

This time around we will tackle strategic challenges using the Enterprise Design Framework in a design sprint-style format.

The Enterprise Design framework, created by Milan Guenther in his book Intersection (http://intersectionbook.com/) in 2012, allows for designing all moving parts of enterprise ecosystems to deliver a desired enterprise impact. From strategic Big Picture views, down to the applied Rendering level of tangible outcomes. New to your table is Enterprise Architecture. It will be facilitated by Jip Schwerig and Rijk van Vulpen of Trivento Spark! (http://spark.trivento.nl/), enterprise designers.

This meetup is an opportunity to get familiar with the Enterprise Design approach and related tools to analyze and design relevant aspects of an enterprise in a holistic yet fast paced fashion. It enables practitioners to systematically design enterprises that have positive impact on customer and employee experiences, use feasible technology, and enable viable business models.
