This meetup is for change makers, UX designers, entrepreneurs and all other people who feel customer centricity is really important. In this meetup we share insights and explore opportunities to design the complete customer experience: going beyond a nice web interface or store front, but including the underlying processes and even the ecosystem in which the company operates. In short: how do you design all the relevant aspects of a business so that the customer and her experience are really in the centre of it all?
