In our group structure we say our comments in three timeboxed sequenced stages. After you present your miracle, we comment:
# what defines it, what it is akin to, what it "is" in different words
♥ what to keep, seems good, strong, worth learning or copying
Δ what to consider changing, how to, and why

Come geek out with user experience designers, information architects, usability experts, interaction designers, and similar types. Talk n3rdy. You are expected to learn from and help everyone else you meet. It is a community of practice. Share cool stuff. Team up with others on micro projects. Put your talents into the core of development teams.
