Welcome to the Agile Coaching Gym – a place inspired by the idea of a martial arts dojo.
Just like in a dojo, we meet in a safe, collaborative, and ego-free environment where everyone can come to practice, experiment, and learn from each other.
Here, Agile Coaches, Leaders, Product Owners, and Team Members leave the “ego at the door” and step onto the mat together. The goal:
- Practice agile methods and coaching skills through real exercises
- Sharpen your tools for the real-world challenges in teams and organizations
- Share your knowledge and learn from peers in an open, supportive space
It’s not about showing off. It’s about repetition, practice, and feedback — just like training together in martial arts safe practice without hurting your partner
