(Dutch below) The Almere Tech Meetup is all about sharing inspiration around new technology and everything related to digital innovation. Each month (on the third Thursday), we invite a speaker to talk about an innovative technology or a current project. There’s also plenty of opportunity to connect and engage in informal conversations.
We warmly welcome all tech enthusiasts and digital pioneers from Almere and the surrounding area to join our event, hosted at the WonderBit office, right in the heart of Almere.
Come by for a drink and a bite, meet new people, and share your ideas and inspiration!

De Almere Tech Meetup draait om het delen van inspiratie rond nieuwe technologie en alles wat met digitalisering te maken heeft. Tijdens elke bijeenkomst (de 3e donderdag van de maand) nodigen we een spreker uit die vertelt over een innovatieve technologie of een actueel project. Daarnaast is er volop ruimte om in een informele sfeer met elkaar in gesprek te gaan. We verwelkomen alle techliefhebbers en digitale pioniers uit Almere en omgeving om deel te nemen aan ons evenement, dat plaatsvindt op het kantoor van WonderBit, midden in het centrum van Almere.
Kom langs voor een drankje en een hapje, maak kennis met andere mensen en deel jouw ideeën en inspiratie!

Every product has a story. Making it verifiable with blockchain-backed digital product passports.
Every product has a story. Where does it come from? Who made it? Which materials were used? And under what conditions?
At the upcoming Almere Tech Meetup, Edmondo Grigolato will take us into the world of Digital Product Passports, powered by blockchain technology. Not as hype, but as a practical solution to real challenges in the supply chain.
During the session, Edmondo will present his idea. He is still working on it and he is planning to release the MVP by then.
Together, we will explore how it could be expanded across the supply chain and what real value it might create for companies and consumers. What concrete value does this create for producers, logistics providers and retailers? And how does it bring real, verifiable value to consumers?
