Honduran BBQ!

Hi everyone,

For the summer month of June, it was time for something special: an ode to the amazing BankjesDag!!!!! Every summer month in Amsterdam, people can open up a "Bankje" (couch / sitting area) outside of their house on their sidewalks with a theme. Neighbors, interested people and friends are then welcome to visit the Bankje for that day, and meet new people, eat and drink together, and have fun.

So I am opening up the Honduran BBQ Bankje this June date, Sunday the 5th of June! Here the description on the BankjesDag website:

"Welcome to my Honduran BBQ Bankje! I look forward to sharing my BBQ skills with all of you and have you taste amazing Honduran food. Feel free to bring your own meat and food along as well, then we all have some food! I will be BBQ-ing all the time from 13:00 until 17:00 (officially), and then until whenever we have fun!"

We (me and my other meetup group AMS Connected) hope to see you there on Sunday the 5th of June in the afternoon. We start at 13:00, and the official BankjesDag lasts until 17:00. Please bring along some great meat or food you like, a small chair or rug if you have it, music instruments and a great atmosphere. We are going to rock this Bankje!
