
Wat we doen
I started this conscious breath group for those who want to experience greater stillness during meditation, achieve a higher level of mind-body awareness and enjoy the health benefits of this powerful rejuvenating and transformational technique. The Circular Breath Meditation is guided in English and includes an introduction and explanation, a half hour guided breath session followed by a relatively short but often profound 15 minute meditation. The session then includes an Integration process and ends with a "sacred witness" sharing.
Although inactive for many years I have now resuscitated this practice and I'm in the process of relaunching it under a new name called the Graham B Method which features a number of new online 'one-on-one' coaching services. I offer individual sessions as well as a 6 week course called Breath Empowerment Coaching (level 1).
