Journaling is great way to discharge your heavy head, understand your doubts and discover new ideas. Let's do it toghether !

Join us on friday morning to wrap-up the week and start the weekend with a fresh perspective.
- Will start with a short ice-breaker to talk about a favorite story or moment of the week. (5-10 min)
- Then, it's TIME to JOURNAL (30 - 40 min)
- Finally, we can wrap up by sharing some thoughts and ideas to close the call. (5-10 min)
