You’ll leave with a massive 2L jar of homemade white cabbage kimchi + all the skills to keep fermenting at home.

Kimchi tasting flight — Try 3 spice levels made 12 days before so you can dial in your perfect heat 🌶️
Learn the science + history — Why fermented foods slap, health benefits, and how Koreans have done it for centuries
Make chilli paste from scratch — I’ll demo, then you prep veggies as a group
Knife skills 101 — How chopping size changes kimchi texture + mouthfeel
Pack your jar — Mix, pack, and take home your 2L jar to ferment.
Plus eat fresh geotjeori kimchi with sesame seeds on the spot 😋
Ingredients: White cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, apple, spring onions, onions, shallots, garlic, ginger, saeujeot shrimp + fish sauce
