🎄 Organize a Christmas Dinner – and practice your Dutch in real life! 🇳🇱

This event is part of a conversation course by Make it in Dutch. It's a 5-week project-based Dutch language course where you improve your language skills by doing something meaningful.

Together with a small group of internationals and a certified Dutch teacher, you'll organize a Christmas dinner for residents and neighbours at Tolstraat 75, a local care house in De Pijp.

Together with your group, you’ll take care of everything: from planning the concept and creating the menu to promoting the event, inviting guests, collaborating with the organisation, and hosting the evening, all in Dutch.

As a result, you will improve your soft skills in Dutch. You’ll learn to express yourself, collaborate, and solve problems naturally in Dutch. It might sound challenging, but don’t worry, a certified Dutch teacher will guide your group through the 5-week process: weekly meetings with 4 weeks to plan and prepare, and 1 final week for the Christmas dinner itself. ✨

It’s a hands-on, social project where you’ll gain real confidence speaking Dutch, learn to work together in a team, and help create a warm, festive evening that brings local residents together for the holidays. 💛
