Join us for a series of monthly workshops at the Rigpa centre in Amsterdam to explore and practise training our minds in compassion, called Lojong in Tibetan!

These sessions, led by Rigpa teacher Steve Cope, show us how, by working with our own minds, we can utilise whatever we encounter in our lives as an opportunity for transformation and growth. Drawing from the classic Buddhist text, The 7 Points of Mind Training, we will explore how to apply these practical tools in ways that lead to both short and long-term benefits, for ourselves and those around us. We might even find that in our unpredictable and turbulent world these Lojong teachings are simply indispensable!
