## What to Expect
This is an online session with a small group (max. 8 participants) to keep the space personal and supportive.
Flow of the session:
- Short check-in
- Gentle mindfulness practice & meditation
- Body-based, intuitive art-making
- Optional reflection and sharing
The session is guided step by step. No prior experience with mindfulness or art is needed.

## What to Bring
Please have these items nearby:
- Paper (any kind)
- Drawing materials: pencils, markers, charcoal, or whatever you have
- A journal or notebook for writing
- A warm blanket (optional but recommended)
- A quiet space where you feel comfortable
- A table or space on the floor to work from
Camera and microphone are needed to join the session.
