This Spring Equinox, we invite you into a gentle pause—a space to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with others.
Together, we’ll explore how nature lives quietly within us.
Through creativity, connection, and presence, we create space for what wants to emerge.
In this collaborative workshop, guided by me Yasmin (BA Art-therapist) and Parnian coach and conselor, we will:
• Reflect on what is ready to grow this season
• Move with awareness through gentle, somatic practices
• Engage in creative, playful expression
• Connect with the earth through gardening and planting as a ritual of intention
This is for anyone who wants to slow down.
To step away from the rush of everyday life.
To remember, reconnect, and simply be.
