### A gentle online space for women feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally stretched
Sometimes burnout looks obvious.
And sometimes it just feels like:
• being tired all the time
• finding everything harder than usual
• feeling emotionally flat
• struggling to switch off
• holding it all together while quietly running on empty

The Burnout Café is a gentle, weekly online space hosted by Womanship founder Nicolette Lazarus and burnout recovery practitioner Nerys Williams Giuliani.
Together with occasional guest experts, we’ll explore the kinds of conversations many women don’t often get to have openly – around burnout, overwhelm, emotional load, hormones, stress, fatigue, and the pressure of constantly coping.
What to expect:
• A calm, supportive space with women who understand
• Gentle perspectives from guest experts
• Space to ask questions, reflect, share, or simply listen
• No pressure to participate or “have it figured out”
No preparation needed.
Just come as you are.
