Its expected to be a beautiful Sunday morning. Let's start our day by meditating by the water outside Pension Homeland Restaurant at Marineterrein, Amsterdam.

Everyone is sure to have a good experience regardless of whether you're a regular meditator or new to meditation.

We meet outside Pension Homeland restaurant at 8:45am, find an appropriate place by the water and start at 9am sharp. The meditation will be around 20-30 mins after which we can grab a coffee/tea at the nearby pension Homeland restaurant by the water. Please be on time as it will be disturbing if you arrive after we have started the meditation.

We will be sitting on grass / wooden deck however feel free to bring along a mat and / or a meditation cushion if you'd like. Please carry a water bottle for hydration.

The meditation will be led by Shashi Kejriwal, who has been meditating since the last 15+ years and has learnt through experience as well as formally by staying in a monastery.
