Your core is more than just abs. It’s the foundation that supports every movement you make.
In this 1.5-hour session, we’ll combine theory, mindful movement, and strength training to help you understand and feel what true core stability means. We learn how to:
Stronger midline for heavier lifts
Total-body control, even under uneven loads
Improved balance and stability, also in single-leg work
Reduced lower-back fatigue
More efficient breathing when intensity rises
Experience how your core supports your back and knees, improves posture, and helps prevent pain or overuse. Expect a mix of bodyweight and weighted exercises that challenge your stability, balance, and control.

About the Trainers
This workout is led by Willem Jan Koops, trainer and physiotherapist with deep expertise in functional movement and injury prevention, and guided by Marlies Dillen, who brings extensive experience in strength and mobility focused training.
Together, they combine precision, body awareness, and practical experience to help you build functional core strength.
