5K Run Time Trial
Details
Meeting point: The stairs at the entrance to the clubhouse.
We are going to have a group warm up instructed by our coach Jack and have a time trial to see where we are with our 5K time.
In the next 8 weeks we will have weekly sessions at the track to improve our 5K vs our baseline.
