Join us for "All You Need is Lava", a special tasting dedicated entirely to Italian volcanic wines, exploring three legendary terroirs shaped by fire and ash:

🌋 Campi Flegrei (Campania) – Ancient, wild, mineral-rich soils from the Bay of Naples.
🌋 Vulture (Basilicata) – Home to the noble Aglianico del Vulture, intense and age-worthy.
🌋 Etna (Sicily) – One of the world’s most active volcanoes, producing hauntingly elegant reds and saline whites from vertiginous slopes.

🧪 Expect a guided tasting of at least 12 wines, carefully selected from small producers that truly express the raw character of their volcanic roots.

🧀 But it doesn’t stop at wine: each tasting will be paired with curated snacks sourced directly from the same regions– an immersive journey of taste, smell, and culture.
