Title: Building Azure DevOps Extensions at a Cloud Center of Excellence

Abstract:
Companies are establishing Cloud Center of Excellence to adopt the cloud strategies, deliver a secured-standard platform thereby building a modern IT powerhouse. The road towards DevOps adoption and meeting these goals is a challenge for all innovation and migration projects. By leveraging on Azure DevOps, standardization of Azure Resources is proven to be effective. In this session I will demonstrate how to build-publish-share an Azure DevOps pipeline extension within and across organization(s). We will deploy an Azure Resource that meets requirement standards. Based on Real world scenarios, we will look at customer journeys in adopting this strategy, their challenges in managing the extensions.
