Blockbar Panel: Governance, FTW (for the win)

Details
Some say the most important question in crypto is : who has the power? Governance as a topic is hot, and has sparked heated debates.
There's a lot to unpack there. We'll get to grips with what governance means, why governance is important in the context of open, 'permissionless' systems, and why governance matters to users, developers, speculators and investors.
We kick off at 18:00 (6 p.m.) CET with a 10-min introduction by Rieke Smakman (@rieke), a former lawyer now serving the tech industry. With everyone up to speed, we embark on a discussion with Boy Maas (Co-founder of EOS Amsterdam), Jack Tanner (@blockstalk) - blockchain technology software developer and Martijn Bolt (@martijnbolt) - blockchain purist and educator, to get their take on the state of play around governance, how governance in their own projects works, and what they consider to be best practices.
Join us to discuss what are the interesting models and approaches that developers are experimenting with today, challenges and wins, and what’s on the horizon.
It's part of the Vierde vrijdag https://www.vierdevrijdag.info/ program. See you on Friday!
