Talk - Stay Relevant in the AI Era - Practical Steps to Adapt and Lead by Michael Andish
AI is everywhere now — and it’s not slowing down. Every week there’s a new tool, a new plugin, a new “game-changer.” It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure about what actually matters.
That’s why I’m hosting a webinar called “Stay Relevant in the AI Era — Practical Steps to Adapt and Lead.”
After years of working as a software engineer and mentoring other professionals, I’ve learned one key thing: tools will keep changing. What really matters is how you think, how you communicate, and how quickly you adapt when things shift.
In this session, I’ll share practical steps that have worked for me and for people I’ve mentored. We’ll talk about moving from “I know how to do this” to “I can figure things out.” We’ll look at what senior professionals actually do differently — and why it’s not about years of experience. We’ll also focus on the soft skills that matter more now, not less, as AI takes over routine work.
I’ll also walk through a few AI tools I use in my daily work — not to sell anything, just to show how I actually use them in real situations. This is honest knowledge sharing from someone who’s still learning and adapting too.
This talk is for developers, team leads, and anyone who wants to stay relevant without burning out or chasing every new trend. You’ll leave with clear, practical steps you can apply right away.
