On Saturday February 14th Bas and Ghislaine will be hosting a Breathwork Journey for Duo's🌬

This isn’t your typical breathwork session as you’ll experience the journey in duos. While one of you goes the breathwork journey, the other offers gentle, loving support. After a short break you’ll switch roles. Bas and I will guide you every step of the way making it the perfect way to spend your Valentine’s Day with a loved one.

Whether it's your partner, friend, mom, brother, colleague, or neighbour, everyone is welcome!
