How to maintain focus in a world of distractions

Our speaker for this evening is Marco Leijtens - Neuropsychologist / Focus Expert / Teacher at the University of Amsterdam.

The topic is not technical this time, but very relevant for our usual target audience of technologists nonetheless - staying focused in a world that is increasingly more distracting.
