Two practices. One morning. A lot of presence.

We're returning to the beautiful forest of Hemelrijk for another slow, mindful forest-bathing session — and this time, I'm adding something special at the end.

Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)

Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice developed in the 1980s. It's not a hike. It's an invitation to slow down, arrive in your body, and let nature do its work — through your senses, your breath, and your presence.

Gratitude Bows

After our time in the forest, I invite you to stay for a short gratitude meditation practice rooted in ancient Eastern traditions, adapted for the modern world.
I recently completed a 21-day marathon of 108 daily gratitude bows — a deeply transformative experience.

On May 3rd, I'll guide you through a simplified version: 21 bows of gratitude.
In this practice, I'll gently guide you into a state where you feel safe to connect with yourself — letting your mind travel through old and new neural pathways, and allowing gratitude to flow through your body, both physical and energetic.

It's powerful, accessible, and requires nothing but your presence.

What to expect:

  • Welcome & introductory talk

  • Gratitude bows practice (guided)

What to bring:
