Join us for out next Italian cooking workshop in collaboration with Smeg, Amsterdam!
With the help of SMEG appliances and in the beautiful SMEG showroom, learn how to make ravioli with fresh herb-laminated pasta dough, which will be filled with a rich vegetarian filling of aubergine and ricotta, then covered with a silky and sweet tomato sauce. You will go home learning all the techniques which will enable you to create your ravioli at home, for friends and for family.
Together, we will also make traditional crostata, spring version with fresh custard cream and seasonal fruits.
You will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco and some aperitivo. You will be treated to amazing coffee prepared by Smeg with a demo of their State of Art Coffee Machines and you will receive goodie bags by SMEG and Tasty Talks
