1. Migrate our infra to AWS
   Our old IT infra was reaching its limit and we were heading towards a migration. We had a few important objectives:
   -The new architecture needs to be scalable from a infra and application perspective.
   -We wanted a ‘pay for use’ cost structure
   -We wanted to outsource technical application management and 24/7 support, while maintaining a devops working model

2. A new front-end architecture with Meteor.
   MyParcel wants to launch new commercial labels quickly. With the old front-end code, this was quite a hassle. So we decided to design a new front-end architecture with Meteor, with the goal to:

• Rapidly create a new implementation with re-use of the code base over different propositions.
• Easily create label-specific features or exceptions
• Monitor and improve user experience (e.g. facilitate A/B testing)
  And of course everything needed to be mobile friendly, multilingual etc. In this talk we will go in dept how we accomplished those goals and more.
