About the talks:

  • Talk 1: KubeHound: Identifying Attack Paths in K8s Clusters at Scale With No Hustle
By Julien Terriac (Security Expert / Pentester / Engineer Manager) at Datadog

In this talk, we'll dive into KubeHound, a Tool for building Kubernetes attack paths. We will present the genesis of the project and what answers regarding your Kubernetes cluster security it might bring to you. We will cover how KubeHound bring you offensive mindset on a silver platter because we think the best defense is a good offense. Live demos of KubeHound from the defender's and attacker's point of view will be performed during the talk.

  • Talk 2: How Observability Drives Kubernetes Transformations
By Owen Phelan (Tech Enablement) at Datadog

During this talk Owen will cover the critical role that observability plays when moving to, a Kubernetes based infrastructure, and how to implement an end-to-end observability platform that not only increases realiability, but also drives faster product velocity and a better customer experience.

Speaker Bio's:
