Life moves fast. There’s always something to do, something to improve, something to achieve. For many of us, especially in this high-speed world, the to-do list never ends — and neither does the pressure. Even when things are going well, it can feel like it’s never quite enough.
In this session, we pause.
We ask: What if you stopped chasing for a moment — and looked at what’s already here?
Together, we’ll explore:
– Why it’s so hard to feel satisfied in a world that always demands more? How to spot the invisible pressures shaping your daily life?
– What “enough” could look like for you — not according to society, but on your terms.
– Practical tools to set boundaries, silence the inner critic, and celebrate what’s already working
During this session:
✔️ You will write a personal reflection a.k.a an “enough manifesto”
✔️ We’ draw inspiration from Ernst-Jan Pfauth and monk David Steindl-Rast
✔️ Practice turning gratitude into a mindset, not just a moment
✔️ Gain new insights by sharing experiences with others
