Koen van Eijk
Koen van Eijk is DevOps Engineer focusing on Azure cloud services. He's part of Dela's System Team, dedicated to supporting other teams in enhancing their development processes and fostering a culture of ownership. Together with his team, he spearheads initiatives aimed at improving teams’ control over their processes, utilizing infrastructure as code, and cultivating collaboration across teams.

Pascal Dufour
Pascal Dufour is a passionate agile test consultant at Validate-it, blending DevOps and context-driven testing methodologies. He actively supports Scrum teams in enhancing their learning endeavours, with a strong emphasis on ethics, engagement, and transparency. Pascal firmly believes in the importance of learning within teams and organizations, stressing the necessity of collaborative efforts to devise effective solutions.

Successfully InnerSourcing a central automation platform
Wouldn’t you like to have every piece of code in your company to be written only once? I know I would! That’s why I’ve created a central Git repository for all standardised code within the company. To stimulate more engagement and collaboration, I applied open-source practices. To keep the intellectual property ours, I kept it within the company borders: InnerSourcing. To make InnerSourcing a success, you need to stimulate your colleagues to contribute. Make it worth their while, write clear documentation, and make it easy to add value.
After this talk, you’ll be aware of some of the success formulas and pitfalls that InnerSourcing such a project brings, before encountering them yourself. You’ll learn some effective methods to maintain a high-quality codebase while keeping it accessible to colleagues with varying skill levels.

Jelle works as an automation developer at OGD ict-diensten in The Netherlands. In that role, he provides colleagues across the company with automations to make life easier. He is passionate about scripting with PowerShell, teaching other people new things, and gamification.
