Main talk:
Always up to date documentation with descriptive tests

Nobody likes writing documentation - and rightly so! Writing and maintaining documentation takes a lot of energy. At the same time, it is hardly ever read and quickly becomes outdated. Still so, documentation is an important resource for (new) developers to swiftly get up to speed on how a codebase works. So should we bite the bullet and start working on extensive specification documents again? Luckily not! Tests offer a solution. By paying extra attention to the scope and readability of your tests, you can transform them from a simple verification mechanism to an authoritative source of information for developers. With descriptive tests, your documentation is always up to date.
