Halloween hike from Wolheze with Kasteel Doorwerth (16 km)

Join us for a Halloween hike through the mysterious forests and rolling hills around Wolfheze!

What to expect:
🌲 Bilderbergbossen – a dense forest where you can truly feel the autumn magic,
🏰 Kasteel Doorwerth – a charming castle by the Rhine, full of history and legends,
🌄 Landgoed Duno – a scenic estate with viewpoints and ruins of old mansions,
🍂 Doorwerthsche Heide – a beautiful heathland, perfect for a peaceful break in nature.

• Length: ~16 km (4 - 5 hr hiking)
• What to bring: lunch, water, snack.
• For whom: As always, sporty folks that like to combine social event with being active in nature.
• 🎭 Optional: Halloween costumes or themed accessories – e.g. a witch’s hat, pumpkin headband, or vampire cape – are welcome for extra fun and atmosphere! 🧙‍♀️🦇

• Keep in mind that the hike can be canceled when the weather is very bad (always check the event before you go).
