🧘‍♂️ 3-hour Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra) workshop: experience deep rest and inner awareness

Whether you're new to Yoga Nidra or already familiar with it, this workshop is a beautiful opportunity to explore both the spiritual roots and the scientific basis of the I AM Yoga Nidra™ method — and, most importantly, to experience it.

You're warmly welcome to join even if you have no experience with Yoga Nidra, yoga, or mindfulness — just bring your curiosity :)

We’ll combine interactive teaching, meditation, breathwork, gentle stretching, chanting, and of course — an I AM Yoga Nidra™ session. Expect both insight and rest.

There will be a 30-minute lunch break around 12:00.

🌙 What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique — a lesser-known, yet profoundly effective type of yoga.

Through my voice, I’ll gently guide you into deeper and deeper states of relaxation and awareness. In the liminal space between waking and sleep is where true restoration happens — not through doing, but by simply being.

Unlike many other meditation techniques, Yoga Nidra allows even complete beginners to access deep meditative states. This has been true in my own experience — even after 12 years of meditation — and I’ve seen the same with clients, friends, and colleagues.

🕒 Arrival:
You’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before the start. It’s a good moment to settle in, connect, or have a cup of tea.
🍵 Tea:
Tea will be provided.
🧺 Lunch:
30-minute break around 12:00 — bring your own food or get something from nearby.
🧘 Duration:
3 hours
💶 Payment:
40 euros, payable in person at the event (cash or mobile).

I’m Adrian Vrămuleț, a certified teacher in the I AM Yoga Nidra™ method — one of the five officially recognized Yoga Nidra schools. I trained in person with Kamini Desai, the creator of the method.
I’ve been meditating for over 12 years. What I love about this practice is how it bridges ancient yogic wisdom with modern neuroscience.

My work is inspired by:

I also hold degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, and I’ll soon begin my studies in Psychology.
