Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique. Through deep guided rest, this practice activates the body’s innate healing and restorative mechanisms—the ones we are born with, but often lose touch with. And the latest neuroscience research of the practice supports these claims.

By releasing the mind’s habitual grip on the body, we create space for the nervous system to downshift - and for the body to do what it already knows how to do: rest, repair, and restore.

I truly believe that the ability to rest deeply is a gift for everyone—something universal, not reserved for a select few or for those with a particular background. Rest is not just about learning a new technique or adding another task to your to-do list. It’s about allowing yourself to be guided, to experience rest directly, and to remember what it feels like to simply be - you know, as we all once were as kids.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or caught in a cycle of intense emotions or persistent thoughts—or just curious about what deep rest feels like—this practice is for you.

🕒 Arrival: You're welcome to arrive 15-30 minutes before class. It's a good time to settle in, connect, or have a cup of tea.

Payment by cash or phone, in person.
I work with a sliding scale, so the class is accessible to everyone who needs it, depending on their financial means. Message me if the current price makes it difficult for you to attend.

In July we have a special 4-lesson package - you pay 3 lessons, and the fourth one is for free. And you can also bring a friend for free once a month. Give yourself the gift of peace and rest from your busy mind :)

Short bio:
I’m Adrian Vrămuleț, a certified teacher in the I AM Yoga Nidra™ method — one of the five officially recognized Yoga Nidra schools. I trained in person with Kamini Desai, the creator of the method.
I’ve been meditating for over 12 years. What I love about this practice is how it brings together ancient yogic wisdom and modern neuroscience.
My work is inspired by Kamini Desai, Henry Shukman (Zen meditation), Gabor Maté, Gestalt therapy, and Alain de Botton (The School of Life). I also have degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, and I’m starting a Master's in Psychology.
