Dear sisters,
The dogma that good girls are not allowed get angry is a fundamental non-acceptance of our emotional capacity. Often we deny ourselves to get angry to maintain peace & harmony or are scared to confront conflict.
Amusingly, the body remembers every time we have been dishonest to ourselves, disconnecting and distrusting our ability to standup in the hour of justice. That's when this dark emotion starts controlling our lives. Impulsive drama, addictions or out of control anger are just few of the manifestations.
Fear based relationship with rage is unhealthy. Instead if we give a safe space to this wild dark emotion, it becomes an ally to unfold a deeper you. It gives you a chance to discover your subconscious boundaries, values and much more. Let's honour this anger and let it reveal to you the messages from your soul.
During this circle, we will:
- Let the anger move through our body by specific movements & voice
- Sit in the anger through meditation
- Journal the messages through guidance
- Bring back equanimity through sharing
Things that you can bring to make the most:
- a big towel to absorb your voice
- wear loose clothes to enable free movement
- pen and journal
