Dear sisters,

After two months break, we are back! Rise Sister Rise circle is devoted (for almost two years!) to nourish souls through community & meaningful topics. If you are first time joiner, you will be held by warm group of women who uplift each other. This support is beyond these meetup events. We have our own Whatsapp group (optional for community members), where we interact, meet, share our joys and ask for support. You will definitely find someone to resonate after few events.

What to expect:

• Opening the circle with invocation and intention setting
• Foundational guidance on physical & energetic nature of a womb
• Alignment with pelvic exercises
• An active womb healing meditation
• Closing circle with sharing and invocation
