A Search AI story
It's been over two and a half years ago that I've talked about machine learning and vector Search on the Adyen premises. Since that time a lot has changed and the world is now different than it was before. Let's take a journey to the evolution of what has happened, what it means, what some of the innovations in the Elastic Platform have been and how that works in todays world of "LLM Wars". With some practical examples and some stories we'll look at the new world from an Elastic Lens and have some fun and geeky stuff to do as well.

Martin Iglesias works in Applied Machine Learning at Adyen, where he focuses on deep learning research, training infrastructure, and MLOps. He’s passionate about bridging state-of-the-art deep learning with the scale and complexity of the financial industry.

Arno is Principal Solution Architect at Elastic. With a long running background in software testing, quality assurance, Continuous Delivery and DevOps he's been helping customers understand technology, helping solve challenges and figure out ways to make the world a little better. Now in the realm of Search, Observability and Security he is a generalist for various financial services customers. With the advent of AI he gets to talk to both the advantages, but also some of the challenges that appear with these new technologies.
